These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of first-electric.net and related webpages, forms, features, and online services operated by WNT LLC dba First Electric (“First Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. About First Electric
First Electric is an electrical and solar contractor providing residential and commercial electrical, solar, battery storage, service, repair, and related contracting services in jurisdictions where First Electric is properly licensed and authorized to perform such work.
The availability of a service displayed on this website does not guarantee that the service is available at every property or in every jurisdiction.
2. Website Information
Information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.
First Electric makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but does not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to a particular property or project.
Website information does not replace a site inspection, electrical evaluation, engineering review, utility review, permit review, or other project-specific evaluation when one is required.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Pricing
Pricing, promotions, savings examples, financing examples, project costs, or other estimates appearing on the website are informational unless expressly identified as a binding offer.
Submitting a website form or requesting an estimate, consultation, site survey, or appointment does not create a construction contract or obligate First Electric to perform work.
Final scope, pricing, equipment, warranties, payment terms, scheduling, and other project-specific requirements will be established through the applicable proposal, estimate, work order, or written contract.
If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement between First Electric and a customer regarding contracted work, the signed agreement controls with respect to that work.
4. Solar Production & Energy Savings
Solar production, utility savings, return-on-investment, battery performance, energy independence, payback period, and similar calculations are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
Actual performance and savings can vary because of weather, shading, equipment performance, system orientation, energy consumption, utility rates, rate-plan changes, export compensation, equipment degradation, outages, homeowner behavior, and other circumstances.
First Electric does not control utility companies and cannot guarantee future electricity rates, export compensation, interconnection requirements, rate structures, or utility policies.
5. Tax Credits, Rebates & Incentives
Information regarding tax credits, rebates, incentives, depreciation, or similar financial benefits is provided for general informational purposes.
First Electric does not provide tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice and does not guarantee eligibility for any particular incentive.
Customers should consult an appropriate tax, financial, or legal professional regarding individual eligibility.
6. Financing
Financing may be offered through independent third-party providers.
Approval, interest rates, dealer fees, loan terms, monthly payments, underwriting requirements, and financing availability are determined by the applicable financing provider.
First Electric does not guarantee financing approval or specific financing terms.
Any financing agreement is separate from these website Terms.
7. Third-Party Equipment & Services
First Electric installs and services equipment manufactured by independent manufacturers.
Equipment specifications, manufacturer warranties, software, monitoring services, product availability, firmware, and certain equipment functionality may be controlled by those manufacturers.
First Electric is not responsible for changes made by utilities, equipment manufacturers, financing companies, governmental agencies, internet providers, or other independent third parties except where First Electric has expressly assumed responsibility in writing.
8. Website Forms
When submitting information through the website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting a form authorizes First Electric to use that information to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, communicate regarding requested services, and provide customer service.
Collection and use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Communications
When you voluntarily provide your telephone number or email address and request information or services, First Electric may contact you regarding your inquiry or customer relationship, subject to applicable law and the consent provided at the point of collection.
Marketing communications are subject to the additional terms contained in our SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy.
10. Emergency Services
First Electric may advertise emergency or after-hours electrical services. Availability depends on technician availability, location, weather, safety conditions, workload, and other circumstances.
Submitting a website form, voicemail, email, or text message does not guarantee immediate emergency response.
If an electrical condition creates an immediate threat to life, fire safety, or property, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency authority when necessary.
11. Scheduling
Website scheduling information is preliminary unless confirmed by First Electric.
Service and project schedules may be affected by permitting, inspections, utility approvals, engineering, equipment availability, manufacturer delays, weather, site conditions, customer changes, and circumstances beyond First Electric's reasonable control.
Contracted project schedules are governed by the applicable written agreement.
12. Warranties
Website content does not independently create a warranty.
Workmanship warranties, equipment warranties, manufacturer warranties, solar warranties, and other warranties applicable to a particular project are governed by the applicable contract and warranty documentation.
Nothing contained in these Terms eliminates a right or warranty that cannot legally be waived.
13. Intellectual Property
The First Electric name, logos, original photographs, graphics, text, videos, website design, marketing materials, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to First Electric and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization except where permitted by law.
14. Acceptable Use
Users may not use this website to violate applicable law; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; distribute malware; interfere with website operation; impersonate another person or organization; scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means; or engage in fraudulent activity.
15. Third-Party Websites
The website may contain links to manufacturers, financing companies, utilities, social-media platforms, governmental agencies, or other third parties.
First Electric does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or practices of independent third-party websites.
16. Limitation of Website Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, First Electric will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting solely from use of or inability to use this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability relating to construction, electrical, solar, battery, repair, or other contracted services is governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
17. No Waiver of Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, eliminate, or restrict any consumer protection, contractor obligation, warranty, remedy, or legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Governing Law
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Projects performed in Nevada or another jurisdiction remain subject to applicable state and local contracting laws.
19. Changes
First Electric may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
